In accordance with our practice, the design is modern, minimalist, focusing on quality as well as sophistication, and materials are basic: painted plaster, glass and wood. The vision is to provide a light-flooded space with natural ventilation and thus save energy, thanks to the installation of large bay windows that allow in natural light to bathe the interior rooms in all seasons. Each part virtually has no need to be lit during the day.
The use of glazing on facades strengthens the relationship between interior and exterior and beyond the pleasure of seeing the building covered with light, there is also the important fact of saving electricity and wasting less energy while thinking about the environment. Design is a game with volumes and cubes. The floor seems to float on the lower volume, these perfectly fitted out living spaces.
